The ability to independently manipulate heat and charge transport is central to the development of next-generation electronic, thermoelectric, and energy-conversion technologies. This work explores the use of engineered quasi-crystalline lattices as a platform for achieving topological control over coupled thermal and electronic transport. Unlike conventional periodic crystals, quasi-crystals possess long-range order without translational periodicity, providing additional structural degrees of freedom for tailoring band structure, localization, and transport pathways. By introducing controlled variations in lattice geometry, coupling strengths, and symmetry, topologically nontrivial states can be engineered to produce robust transport channels that are resilient to structural imperfections and disorder. Particular emphasis is placed on the interplay between electronic states responsible for charge conduction and vibrational modes responsible for heat transport, with the objective of controlling their propagation independently or cooperatively. Topological invariants, edge and interface states, and localization phenomena provide a framework for understanding how the quasi-crystalline architecture modifies transport coefficients and directional energy flow. The proposed approach offers a route toward suppressing undesirable thermal transport while preserving electronic conduction, or conversely, enhancing heat dissipation without significantly degrading charge mobility. Such topological control could enable highly tunable thermoelectric materials, thermal-management systems, and multifunctional nanoscale devices. More broadly, engineered quasi-crystalline lattices provide a promising framework for integrating topology, aperiodic order, and transport physics into designer materials with properties inaccessible in conventional crystalline systems.
