Sumit Kumar Gupta

Prof. (Dr.) Sumit Kumar Gupta is a distinguished academician, researcher, and academic administrator currently serving as Dean, Academic Affairs at Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University, Jaipur. With over 21 years of experience, he has contributed significantly to teaching, research, and institutional development. He holds dual Ph.D. degrees in Materials Science and Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, along with M.Tech (IT), M.Sc. (Physics), M.Phil., and B.Ed. qualifications. A NAAC Assessor and IIT-JEE Physics expert, he has supervised 16 Ph.D. scholars and guided ongoing research. Dr. Gupta has published 55+ research papers and holds 50 patents with international recognition. He has participated in 75+ seminars and delivered keynote talks globally. An author of 9 academic books, he is also a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry, London. His excellence is recognized through prestigious awards including the World Top Scientist Award (2024).
